There has recently been a lot of misinformation circulating about how “any” amount of copper is bad for inverts. If your inverts do not get any copper, they will slowly die from blood cell loss and exhibit signs of poor health before that happens. We have fed tanks this food alone for 2 years and they have no easily measurable amounts of copper. The amount of copper necessary to harm invertebrates is many, many times what this food contains.
